Success for Alex Salvini
Following the fall occurred Sunday in the Grand Prix of Greece , in which he suffered a broken right collarbone , Alex Salvini was operated on Tuesday, May 13 at Villa Serena in Forli by Prof. Veronesi and Ms. Lorraine Sangiorni . The operation succeeded perfectly and the clavicle was realigned through a plate secured with 8 screws and sewn up with 21 staples.
The World Champion of E2 in charge is confident he can get back on the bike in a week and be able to play in the third round of the Italian Championship scheduled for next May 24 to 25 in Fabriano .
Alex Salvini : " A real shame because I was in the lead with two seconds ahead of Antonie Meo, when the last Test Cross I made a mistake in the fall and the bike slammed violently on his shoulder. The sheets have confirmed the fracture and once in Italy I decided to undergo the operation immediately to return soon in motion .
