Welcome to the World Tacita, a project born from the passion for the enduro and the desire to use the bike to have fun in the middle of the area, the environment and the people around us.

About a year ago he began to take shape in 2009 that was just an idea of ​​'entrepreneur Turin Pierpaolo Rigo. With the help of an experienced staff, engaged on many fronts, from engineering, to innovative research and design, was born the new T-RACE, the first electric motorcycle enduro able to compete with the traditional combustion engine for motorcycle pleasure of driving and considerable autonomy, which allows you to cover more than 100 km of trails in the enduro and rally addressed in race conditions.

The objective of Tacita, ie zero emissions, no noise, ergonomics to a motorbike, high tech, and fun to drive, has succeeded in November 2012, when the T-RACE is adept in a real competition the Merzouga Rally, becoming the first electric motorcycle in the world to complete a rally Africa.

But the start-up of Pierpaolo Rigo, located in Aosta complex Pépinière, the incubator of the Region of Valle d'Aosta, is not limited to T-RACE, the first electric motorcycle enduro. In order to contribute to a sustainable future, Tacita has developed a concept, the T-WORLD, which proposes an ecological approach to 360 degrees, the trolley-bike equipped with solar panels (T-STATION), the T-WEAR , a clothing and sports combined with a line of accessories, which combine Italian design criteria with absolutely ethical and environmentally friendly.

Thinking about the full environmental sustainability, the batteries can be recharged by solar panels where it covers the T-STATION - the innovative trolley-motion, opening gull-wing for maximum exposed surface of 18 square meters - that allows one hand to charge battery packs without the need for sources of hydrocarbon energy and the other acts like a solar power plant to power your home or a bivouac in the desert, as was the case in Morocco at the Merzouga Rally.

After the African adventure, the T-RACE will be back soon on the trails thanks to Italian T-TOUR, the best way to see first-hand the T-RACE on runs of enduro and cross-country through natural landscapes of rare beauty, Tuscany Valle d'Aosta.
